Privacy policy

What South Coast 360 collects, why, and how to ask us to delete it. In plain words.

Last updated Oct. 16, 2026.

The short version

We collect an email address if you sign up for the newsletter, and whatever you choose to email us: a tip, a correction, an event or a photo. We do not sell your information. We do not run advertising networks or follow you around the web.

You send a game photoThe photo, the credit name and the game and dateTo publish it with your name, if you say we may
You ask about sponsoringYour business name, contact details and noteTo answer you

What we do not do

  • Sell, rent or trade email addresses or form answers.
  • Load advertising networks or tracking pixels from other companies.
  • Publish your name, email or tip without your yes.
  • Collect anything from children. Our forms are for adults. Photos of minors are published only with a parent's yes.

Newsletter

Signing up uses a confirmation email (double opt-in). Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link and our mailing address. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending and remove the address from the active list.

Who sees it

The editor reads tips and form answers. Cloudflare hosts the site, counts visits and forwards email sent to our tips and corrections addresses; it processes that data for us under its own terms. Any other service is named here when it is chosen.

Your choices

  • Ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Withdraw a photo or a tip at any time before it is published; a published photo of a minor comes down within hours when a parent asks.
  • Unsubscribe from the newsletter in one click.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes and the old version is kept. We will not change how we use your email without asking you first.
