How we verified this

Every entry comes from the department's daily arrest logs for Oct. 12, 13 and 14, linked in the sources. We downloaded the logs at 3:45 p.m. Oct. 18. They are scanned images, so we read each one by eye and checked it against a machine-read text version. Charges are given in plain wording, with nothing added or softened. We leave out names, house numbers, home addresses and hometowns. The logs mark no entry as a juvenile or domestic case. The street is where the arrest was made. Not heard: no one was contacted.
